Been trying to find a video converter for Mac and saw ReduxEncoder. The software is top notch as well as it’s free.

ReduxEncoder, video convertor based upon techspansions transcoder redux open source code. Converts most formats into iPod, AppleTV, iPhone, avi, wmv, dvd iso compatible files. Stitching of AVI, MP4, M4V and chapter markers.

There is an old saying, “You can take a horse to the water but you cannot force it to drink, it will drink only if it’s thirsty” – so do people.

I was once part of a company who adopts the same thing. But not quite. They offered a Gym, an area for table tennis, a rest area with bean bags and comfy blankets, pantry with several computers you can browse and play PC games with, and a game room with XBOX and playstations. Cool huh? Yes it is. But I left the company after 6 months for personal reasons.

I hope One.com adapts this! hehe:p
