There is an old saying, “You can take a horse to the water but you cannot force it to drink, it will drink only if it’s thirsty” – so do people.
I was once part of a company who adopts the same thing. But not quite. They offered a Gym, an area for table tennis, a rest area with bean bags and comfy blankets, pantry with several computers you can browse and play PC games with, and a game room with XBOX and playstations. Cool huh? Yes it is. But I left the company after 6 months for personal reasons.
I hope One.com adapts this! hehe:p
